I, too, have been pickpocketed at Latin American festivals - Antigua, Guatemala during La Semana Santa and Oruro, Bolivia during Carnaval. I like to think this time I'll do a better job of protecting myself. Anyway, sounds like you had a great time and I appreciate your sharing your insight with the rest of us.
