I just stumbled upon your blog & it seems quite interesting! I love this post about surviving couple travel. My husband and I (married 6 years) have done some traveling for 2-3 weeks at a time. In my opinion, the one area we could work on is making friends. When traveling with someone else, you already have a conversation & excursion buddy. So, we may have to make a point of striking up conversations with others! I would like to add another hint – for another list – consider each other’s preferences. I am one who likes to see, do, & experience everything in the area. My husband prefers a slower pace & relaxing more. Remember that two people are on the trip & both deserve to enjoy their trips.

You write so sweetly about your life with John. But what caught my attention was that you lived for a year in Cebu, in my country! Well I am from Davao, but the fact that you stayed here for awhile makes me form a kinship with you and your travel tales. The tips you write holds true, very good guidelines to follow.
